Air Arabia, the MENA region’s largest low-cost carrier, set out to elevate its brand and expand its global presence. Leading the project on behalf of Air Arabia, I worked closely with Interbrand to develop a refreshed identity that reflects the airline’s leadership in affordable travel while resonating with a new generation of travelers. Rooted in the “Modern Nomad” concept, the rebrand introduced a bold, dynamic visual language that captures the essence of seamless and accessible journeys. Unveiled on the airline’s 15th anniversary, the new identity reinforced Air Arabia’s position as a pioneering low-cost carrier, ready to connect more people and destinations than ever before.

A unique graphic device was created to represent the travel experience and connections between destinations. Incorporating dotted and continuous lines, it visually reinforces Air Arabia’s “Where Next?” claim while embodying the “Modern Nomad” spirit. This element enhances brand differentiation across all touch points, seamlessly integrating into the airline’s refreshed identity.

Air Arabia’s new livery reflects its bold and modern evolution while staying true to its core identity. The refreshed design features sleek lines and a dynamic visual language that embodies movement and progress. To bring this vision to life, I partnered with Muharraqi Studios, who developed hyper-realistic CGI images and videos, showcasing the livery in stunning detail.
